I have a L-79 clone in my 1966 Chevy11 and bought this to cap the chrome oil filler tube. Didn't come close to sealing I'm guessing it's made to work in a rocker arm cover? Retured.

Needed to replace rusted caps so this looked like it would fit the bill. They do not fit tight as the gasket is to thin, afraid it might vibrate off engine
