Overall Assessment

Customers mostly recommend the product for its great fit and usability, particularly in replacements for older models or tight-fitting scenarios. Users appreciated the product's detailed design and ease of retrofit into various systems. Despite a common complaint of the weak glue/epoxy used in sealing parts, it still proves to be efficient in pumping counter-clockwise, securing high marks for practicality and performance. While some have found alternatives, many would still buy it again due to its exact fit and no need for a core. Some needed additional parts or tweaks, but overall, it works satisfactorily for most.

It works?

Retrofit it into a metric chassis GM that originally had a Saginaw pump. Easy deal really once I figured out all the parts I needed. Steering still feels over-boosted even with the 2gpm restrictor but no more than stock.

i would not buy this product again

nice pump and remote reservoir, had a lot of compliments .bad news after less than 7k miles the glue or epoxy that is used to seal in the 5/8 return nipple became weak and the end results were quite a mess.very nice detailed engine bay,383 sbc with speedways 3 duece setup.i highly suggest spend the extra money and purchase the .910-32927 pln or 910-32927 pol. should have followed my instincts thought it was made cheap but went on to use it

Power steering pump was put on to replace a noisy pump on my 1937 Chevy coupe. Not much room for the pump so had to continue using this style.

I believe it says the pulley is 6" diameter for v-belt with 0.66 pump shaft. However, is the pulley a press on, keyway or bolt? Can I use a pulley I already have if possible? DO you have any offset pulleys for this pump?
