Instead of rummaging through the tangled mess of radiator hoses hanging on the wall in the back room at the parts store looking for just the right shape, this tubing bead roller will help you fabricate custom hoses that are perfect for your project. This tool makes it easy to roll a bead for the rubber or silicone section of hose to clamp to the aluminum, copper, steel, or stainless steel hard line section, just like you see in your radiator and intercooler ports. 

Compact and Easy to Use for Pros and DIY Fabricators

This pipe bead roller works on tubing from 5/8" all the way up to 4" outer diameter and supports wall thicknesses up to 16 gauge (0.065") for aluminum, copper and 18 gauge (0.049") for mild steel and stainless steel. The finished bead is 3/32" high, 3/16" wide and spaced 5/16" from the end of the tube. The gap between the rollers is adjustable with a large rotary knob to allow for different materials and wall thicknesses. 

The tool itself is built with a strong aluminum body and hardened steel rollers for long-lasting use. The small footprint is easily stored in the shop and is designed to be clamped to the workbench or in a vise for versatile and stable operation.
