Speedway Motors 91633056 Details

We now have an affordable steel version of our famous hot rod steering column, offered in a complete kit and designed specifically for our Tribute T kit cars. The 1-3/4" black painted column still has a quick release steel hub that accepts the common 3-bolt Grant steering wheel pattern and uses common 3/4" DD u-joints. 15 gauge mild steel.
  • Designed for our Tribute T
  • Accepts standard 3 bolt steering wheel
  • Kit includes:
    • Nostalgia steel steering column (91032311) 26" long
    • Tribute T steering column mount (7151923)
    • 5/8"-36 spline, 3/4" DD u-joint (91032291)

Tribute T steering column mount:

  • Solidly mounts a 1-3/4" hot rod or nostalgia column
  • Required to achieve proper column angle and steering box placement for Tribute kit
  • Material Type: Steel

This kit works okay with the Tribute Kit, but it would be much better if it used the 24 inch steering column instead of the 26 inch. For a vehicle with very limited space, the column is too long and gives little room for enter/exiting. It also feels as though the steering wheel is right in your chest even with seats as far back as possible.

it's a very good product for the tribute t bucket. the length is 29-30 inch total with the steering wheel on it. it comes in black with little chrome. and you can add a turn signal switch in chrome with it.
