I installed a 46 Ford rear axle in my Model A. The axle was designed originally with parallel leaf springs, but my Model A has a rear, "Transverse," spring. These spring eye mounts when welded on the top of my axle solved the problem perfectly.

Will this work with a stock Model A spring? I believe the stock spring is 2" wide. And I would like to use a medium arch spring. I read that if using a medium arch spring, the perch centers should be at 45". Id this correct and do you a part number for the medium arch spring?

Mounting a '32 Ford axle to a Model A frame. '32 rear end is 48.5" wide. I need 43-45" perch eye spacing, will it fit? Note - picture shows stock Model A spring with the frame high on jackstands. I plan to use either a 910-43106, 910-4305 or 910-43107 spring. Car should be pretty light in the rear except when I have passengers in the back seat.
