Trans-Dapt 3610 Details
This 5-lug wheel adapter from Trans-Dapt is constructed of a light-weight and durable aluminum. If you swap out the front brakes or rear axle on your car, the bolt patterns may not match. These billet 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum adapters will allow you to switch bolt patterns. Spacers are equipped with 12mm-1.5 metric studs and 12mm-1.5 plain tapered open end wheel nuts. You may need to purchase new 12mm-1.5 nuts to fit your wheels.

Unfortunately I recently ordered several different versions of this item, because I kept making the same mistake over again, in the manner in which I was taking measurements.
