Works, just needs some work
3 of the 4 holes lined up with the existing transmission holes. The 4th hole (upper passenger side) needs to be elongated and clearance cuts made for the starter. Looks good once it's bolted up.

TH 400 chrome flexplate dust cover
The quality was fine. I had to do a lot of trimming to make it fit the 400 Turbo even though it was made to fit the TH 400. Also had to drill one additional bolt hole. I could see where the existing cover was modified too so there might be different bell housings for the TH 400's.
