TCI Automotive 741050 Details

Some class rules require a stock appearing torque converter if you run a Powerglide. We offer this 'dummy' converter that is actually a coupler with a torque converter shell attached. It reduces rotating weight and does not slip, but must be used with our circle track valve bodies. It may not be legal at your track.

To learn about how torque converters work and what to consider when purchasing one, check out our tech article. Choosing the Right Torque Converter.
