    Overall Assessment

Customers appreciate the product's quality and simplicity of installation. The remote Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), compatible with EZ-TCU, offers hassle-free plug and play setup. It attaches securely to the carburetor and features an extended cable for flexible mounting options. Some criticism was aimed at the price being slightly higher than similar items, but users deemed it worthwhile for its confirmed compatibility with the EZ-TCU. However, please note that the sensor may require additional purchases, not included in some kits.

After a hr. long phone call with tech's at Edelbrock. I purchased Edelbrock's pt # 36213 4l60e / 4l80e transmission controller UNDER THE IMPRESSION that their kit contained EVERYTHING needed to operate their trans controller, of course their kit WAS NOT complete. I ended up having to spend about another $400 on this remote TPS sensor and a couple other items that ARE NOT included in Edelbrock's SO CALLED "complete kit for carburated engine's. As to the TPS sensor ITSELF, it was a quality product and VERY SIMPLE to install.

This throttle position sensor works with the EZ-TCU and is plug and play. It connects to the carburetor using the throttle mount from a transmission kick down. It uses the square snap-in connector for the bracket. The cable to the sensor is a long length for remote mounting on the firewall or fender away from the engine. My only criticism is the price it a little more expensive than similar throttle position sensors but I wanted to make sure it worked with the EZ-TCU.
