Dimensions slightly off but great quality

Actual dimensions are 12"x13" with 1" lip, the opening is the wider 13" dimension. Shaft going into the jack is 1.19" fits a jack opening for 1.25" not the labeled 1-3/8". Think speedway may of typo'd and should be 1-3/16". Measures at 1/8" thick steel for the main plate with a doubled up portion in the center.
