Return PolicyWhen you have limited space you end up working with some really small components, like our Mini Bear Jaw car door latches. These small latches are perfect for the small doors on a Model A or Model T hot rod, or any other panel you wish to have a latching closure on. The striker pin for our Mini Bear Jaw door latch takes a 5/16-18 threaded mount to secure, and while you could potentially use a basic hex nut, they are not the easiest things to weld or bond into a vehicle. Our Mini Bear Jaw door latch striker pin mounting nuts are 1-inch by 5/8-inch and a 1/4-inch thick, giving you more surface area for welding or bonding without being too big for the smaller installation room these and other vehicles have. Pick up a pair or three today and have your latches installed and adjusted in no time!
