The ends of the spring leaves of a Super Glide™ spring have a unique nylon button which works as a dry lubricant to significantly reduce leaf-to-leaf friction. This allows the spring to move more easily, thereby giving a softer, quieter ride.

Spring worked out Great for my applicati
These are great for what I needed. I set the spring shackles like they said to do in the instructions that came with the shackle kit I purchased. They were easy to get lined up and set.I measered the distances like they said. They springs do have noticable scratches in them. It won't be a problem in my case as I am not building a show car. All in all I would buy these springs again.

OK but some caveats
1. Aggregate spring thickness is much less than stock spring - had to add sections from old spring so stock spring mounting hardware would work. 2. Spring eyes ID is 3/4" - stock 1932-34 spring eye ID is 7/8". I had to hunt down new 3/4" spring shackles -- expensive and not all that easy to find. Had I been aware of these 2 facts I would have kept looking for a more *stock* spring.
