I'm installing power steering on my big block Camaro. The steering box is in and now I find the Hooker Super Competition header tube from number 5 cylinder goes right over the larger port on the steering box. I believe this is the high pressure port. The hose I purchased has a tall 90 degree end. This will not fit under my header tube. I believe I have 1.5" from the steering box to the tube. I was looking for a 90 degree fitting with an inverted flare that would thread into the box and the other end connecting to the hose end. Now this product here, if it is for the larger port closest to the engine, then I could couple an AN fitting to it. What do you think?
