These standard rod ends are a general purpose, two piece design. They have a carbon steel body and a hardened ball with metal to metal contact.
Applications: Clutch, brake, steering linkage, and suspension components on moderate horsepower applications.
Assembly Tip: To ease assembly, be sure to run a tap or die through the threads on chrome plated fasteners and apply an anti-seize compound to prevent galling of the threads.

The Rod End #1750106 has a 5/8 hole for the bolt to mount it to the axle bracket. The axle bracket holes are pre-drilled, Item 91635011. I don't think I have enough room on the axle bracket to drill it out to 5/8 inch. I am making my own Radius rods. What can I use on the ends of the radius rods. I was planning to use the 5/8 X 18 RH & LH Steel Welding Bungs, but I am having problems where the Rod Ends will attach to the axle brackets. Do you recommend using the Item # 91008001-7? Thank You.
