These right hand standard rod ends are a general purpose, two-piece design. They have a carbon steel body and a hardened steel ball without a race (metal to metal contact).
Applications: Clutch, brake, steering linkage, & suspension components on moderate horsepower applications.
Assembly: To ease assembly, be sure to run a tap or die through the threads on chrome plated fasteners and apply an anti-seize compound to prevent galling of the threads.

Excellent base line product
These are just like the basic low cost heims you can find elsewhere but, as usual, at a lower price than any where else. These are very well made, just remember the lower cost ones like these are not for every day drag racing. I take my rod out about twice a month and it weighs 2000lbs. These are all I need.

Way to loose for being brand new.
For what I'm using it for it'll be fine, but if you're buying for a suspension application DON'T. Right out of the package both of them were so loose. There is play from the spherical inside to the heim housing right out of the bag. If you want a heim that's good at being a heim this isn't the one chief.
