Complete application specific headers and exhaust systems are a great DIY option for increased performance and exhaust sound, but what if you’re building something custom (engine, driveline swaps, short bed conversions, etc.) or your ride is simply of the age that direct fit systems aren’t available, well then, you’re going to be building your own exhaust system. While we do offer complete universal exhaust systems, as well as header weld up kits, often you can work with part of the existing exhaust or header you have and only need a replacement section or elbow/bend to make things work. Our combo exhaust bend provides not one, but two popular exhaust tubing bends often required when building a custom exhaust routing to clear drivetrain or chassis components or to build headers. This 2-inch OD mandrel bent exhaust pipe includes a 90-degree and a 180-degree bend, along with enough straight section to build starter tubes or provide an area to weld or use an exhaust pipe expander for installation. The mandrel bend process provides maximum exhaust flow without reduction in interior diameter. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, the combo bend features a uniform .065-inch wall thickness throughout with a 23-inch overall length. Cut the exhaust tubing bends out as needed, and weld together to create a compound bend to solve your exhaust routing needs.
