Complete application specific exhaust systems are a great DIY option for increased performance and exhaust sound, but what if you’re building something custom (engine, driveline swaps, short bed conversions, etc.) or your ride is simply of the age that direct fit systems aren’t available, well then, you’re going to be building your own exhaust system. While we do offer complete universal exhaust systems, often you can work with part of the existing exhaust and only need a replacement section or elbow/bend to make things work. In these instances, our selection of mandrel bent elbows, U-bends, and more will most certainly help you get your exhaust system buttoned up and ready for the road.

Our 45-degree exhaust elbow provides just the right amount of bend often needed to make a custom exhaust routing to clear drivetrain or chassis components. This 3-1/2-inch OD mandrel bent exhaust pipe elbow provides maximum exhaust flow without reduction in interior diameter and features a uniform .065-inch wall thickness throughout. Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, it features a 5-inch short section (with flared slip-fit end that is 2.80-inches deep) and a matching 5.98-inch section opposite the elbow. Cut the elbow exhaust pipe as needed, even mate it to a second elbow exhaust pipe for a compound bend to solve your exhaust routing needs. The slip fit end can be secured by an exhaust clamp (not included), while the opposite end can be fitted to your new or existing pipe by welding or using an exhaust pipe expander.
