Overall Assessment

Customers highly recommended our product for its practicality and quality. They appreciate that it relieves the guesswork of assembling parts and comes with detailed instructions. There is positive emphasis on the kit's completeness, easy assembly, and the varied setup options it offers for customization according to user preferences. Its premium quality material that looks great even after painting hints at durability and its optimal performance in hot rod projects. Speedway took all the guess work out by putting together these kits. Everything goes together perfectly. After painting it looks great. Only thing i would cha ge is maybe tie rod ends instead of heims in the hairpin ends.

Comes with detailed instructions and torque specs to help you install. With many different set up options ford or chevy spindles, 4" or 6" drop, plain / stainless / chrome there is a kit for everyone.

Speedway makes it easy. Every part is with the kit and assembly was easy. It's not worth trying to piece the front end together with used parts that you have to make fit. And the price was right.

Will the leaf spring support a big block Chevy motor?

Would it be possible to use this kit to add steering to a 1980 cj5 tub and frame? Wanting to make a rear wheel drive Jeep rod, the front frame section measures 27 and 1/2 inches. With that in mind I believe the only fabrication needed would be shock and hairpin rod mounts.

Would it be possible, and what would the upcharge be to substitute spring shackles 715175, that incorporate lower shock mounts, for the shackles included in this kit. I really would like to use the 715175 shackles, but don't need two sets of them. Thank you in advance for your reply.
