Customers praised the product for its affordability and adaptability to custom applications, with many successfully using it in their different vehicle models. It was noted for its quality casting, good fit, and efficient performance, even in tight spaces. However, some customers mentioned that additional enhancements like shims, washers and bushings were needed to improve the fit and reduce side-to-side movement. The product's adjustability was appreciated, although a lack of clear instructions was mentioned. Despite some minor concerns, the overall consensus favored the product for offering good value for the price point.

Good value overall
Great pedal, I like the size and shape. It was easy to fit this to my firewall to match the height and throw of the brake and clutch pedals. The only negative is that the pedal is not tight enough side to side, and sometimes wobbles left/right under your foot. You'll hardly notice it with shoes on, and it's no showstopper, just not the most solid feel.

Looks okay
It generally looks good, but the clearances are loose. It's going to need to have washers added as shims to keep it from rocking from side to side at the fulcrum and over-stressing the hinge points. And the hinge points are just cap screws in drilled holes. Really what you'd expect given the cost so no real complaint there. But it's going to be a little tempting to try to add bushings or bearings when I install it. Some sort of instruction diagram would have been helpful. Taking it apart and reassembling it with the components in the different positions is interesting, but it's difficult to see how all the different alternatives would actually work. The universal throttle cable that they recommend to go with it looks a little sketchy, primarily because what looks like the pedal end consists of a loop in the cable that will fit over a bolt at the top the lever, likely riding on and pulling against the sharp thread edges, and the carb end is just collar with a set screw. A little searching has turned up some other, more secure-looking possibilities. Particularly one of the Lokar XTC universal cables.

The casting looks like some amateur sand packing as its pretty rough, but everything is complete and holes were drilled properly. Adjustable pedal positions really made my install easy. I pressed a cable screw into the assembly with ease. Looks like this will hold up well considering it is a very soft alloy.

Could you some spacer to make it great, Great price point so if you have the know how to add better hardware, shims and bushings it will be a great vintage looking pedal. As stated in other reviews you cannot move pedal pad to bottom hole or it just rotates down and isn't usable.

I bought the pedal for the price and that it looked like a design that would fit my custom application well. It is a cast part with a lot of space between pieces. This allows for large amounts of side-to-side movement. I wanted to use the pedal in its longest position, but the pedal pad swings down and faces the floor. I tried to pick up a spring at a hardware store to improve on the design, but they didn't have any that would fit. By the time I order and ship one that would work, I could have bought a more expensive, and better designed, pedal. It is a great price if you are willing to add a spring and shims or bushings to improve on this.
I would if I needed another one .
