Overall Assessment

Customers extensively recommend our product, highlighting its high quality, reliability, and affordability. They appreciate its compact design and usability, specifically its ease of installation and clearly labeled terminals. Its compatibility with a wide range of vehicles like custom jeeps, vintage trucks, and racing Cobras stands out. Users love the product's durability, even under heavy use, but suggest purchasing replacements over time due to normal wear. However, it should be noted, customers expressed a desire for longer screws and advised having spare units, indicating that the switch may wear out after a couple of years. The quality of the keys provided with the switch were also positively commented on. Several customers have repeatedly chosen our product over those of competitors, indicating its superior performance and value.

Decent quality for the price

I use these switches in all the rods we build. They seem to last a couple years then they give up. They're easy to change and cheap to buy. You get what you pay for. My suggestion, buy 2 so you have a spare at home.

This switch lasted 14 years on my hotrod. I installed a new one because the key stopped working. But the switch still worked just fine. For 14 years of hard use it worked perfect. I look forward to 14 more years of service from this new one.

I like the stop for ACC by itself and when you release the key from start. You have two terminals to run the engine and the lights, radio, wipers, etc.

Will it fit a 1962 amc rambler classic

I've installed this switch into my hot rod and seems to all make sense but for some reason I can't shut the engine off. I can turn the key to off and take the key completely out but the engine stays running. It's a small block Chevy with a Pertronix distributor and coil and a 1 wire alternator. I have also confirmed that power to the coil terminal on the back of the switch is cut when the key is turned to off.
