I converted my 40 Ford pickup bed from steel bed to a wood bed so no kit fits perfectly. I found the concealed fastener style bed rails worked very well and allowed me to position the bolts whereever I could access them most easily. The only minor issue was that the kit assumed I would use both small diameter and large diameter washers depending upon if I was bolting to structure or just tying adjacent wood pieces together. I ended up supplementing the kit with additional stainless large fender washers to fit my needs. I recommend this product to others.
