Chevelle/Malibu Front End Fastener Kit

The Chevelle & Malibu Front End Fastener Kit is a comprehensive hardware set designed to provide all the essential fasteners required for assembling or restoring the front end of 1964–1972 Chevrolet Chevelle and Malibu models. This all-in-one solution includes the necessary components to securely attach the fenders, hood, core support, grille, headlight bezels, inner fenders, and associated shims, ensuring a factory-accurate fit and finish.

To maintain original specifications, the kit features 5/16” fasteners with specific headmarks—fixed washer fasteners carry the original “C” headmark, while loose washer fasteners feature the correct “E” headmark with a pinch point. For added authenticity and ease of installation, the kit now also includes OEM-style 5/16” U-nuts for the outer fenders. This fastener kit simplifies restoration work, eliminates the need to source hardware individually, and helps deliver consistent, high-quality results throughout your Chevelle or Malibu project.
