The instructions are somewhat lacking. There's no mention of the studs that need to be replaced before mounting the new plate, and they've got a few things out of order, that you'll have to go back and correct before you can move forward....which is irritating, but not the end of the world. The emergency brake "cables" they send in this kit are AWFUL. I'm not even sure why they send that junk...I'm not even messing with it, and ordered new.
Amazing product and great help from the company

I am putting a late model, '70, rear end under my '56 dodge, the housing has the same width and spring pad width as the stock housing. Why do you say it will not fit the tapered bearings? The flanges are the same. What I want to know is does it change the tracking, as I only have about 1/2" to play with. Thanks
