Speedway Motors 91011005 Details

Just the ticket for that tri-power setup! Chrome plated steel housing with 4" x 2" replaceable paper element. Fits Holley 94, Stromberg 97, Speedway 9 Super 7, Demon 98 and Rochester 2 barrels (all with 2-5/8" neck). 

Retained with a #36 hose clamp.

For race/ off road use or for use on pre-1966 vehicles.

Emissions warning: this part only legal for sale or use in California for racing (competition) vehicles which may never be used, registered, or licensed for use upon a public highway, or if installed in vehicles model-year 1965 or older; motorcycles model-year 1977 or older; or off-highway recreational vehicles (such as off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles) model-year 1996 and older. Any other use renders the vehicle tampered and not legal for use on California public highways (any public street or roadway, public dirt road, public park, or publicly maintained right of way open to the use of the public for vehicular travel). Violations subject to $37,500 penalty per violation per vehicle, revocation of registration, loss of use on California public right of ways, and proof of correction for tampering. don't match older ones

The cap is pretty good,but about 1/8in. taller then older ones,and drop lip on top turns out is a little def size too,plus the bace is also designed taller by about 1/2in. so if your mixing these on 2x2,3x2 ,4x2 or 6x2 with some pots you have,don't look right,just buy all new so they'll match up. I still had 2 of the old style ,I'm doing my 4x2's an these looked the same in photo,but are not. So I'm making my own baces so all four will look like the match.

I purchased this for a 1950's era carter carburetor. After updating the car from 6 volt to 12 volt, the oil bath wouldn't sit right. It fit right out of the box. The included screw clamp holds it on securely. Good solid construction, not pot metal or tin. Should last a long time.
