This revolutionary one-piece fitting design offers motorsport enthusiasts uncompromised quality and assurance that they are using the highest performing components available. These make for a good looking job under the hood. The smaller sizes are more difficult to put the farrell on the hose. I grind a slight taper and use a small hose clamp to hold the wire braid in tight while putting the farrell on. It's a good Idea to wrap masking tape at the base of the farrell before inserting the fitting to check for push out, also be sure to use oil when screwing the fitting into the farrell. I have used all sizes on industrial gas turbines to my 51 Pontiac street rod and I will continue to use these fittings on my future projects.
