Overall Assessment

Customers widely praise the product for its solid quality, functionality, and versatility - defined by its capacity to fit nicely on various car models, including 1936/1937 Ford and Lincoln Zephyr. Despite requiring some modifications and hinge adjustments on certain vehicle types, users admire the durability, aesthetic appeal, and firm hold of our mirrors. Installation is stated as straightforward with little to no vibration while driving. Minimal issues reported include the inability to adjust or tighten some mirrors and an isolated instance of a slight whistling noise above 30 mph. Contrasting with some competitors, our mirrors are characterised by superior chrome quality and excellent finishing. Customers' willingness to buy again points to high satisfaction levels.

Mirror is beautiful, not exact fit

This was a beautiful Mirror, no doubt, but It does NOT fit a 51 Ford truck and allow you to use it as a Mirror. The upper door hinge has a hump, to get mirror at 90 degrees (to use effectively) had to grind this mirrors hinge attachment to fit around door hinge hump. NOTE: It 'would' fit without doing this but was so far forward I couldn't adj mirror to use, couldnt see the drivers rear of truck, mirror sat at 10 o'clock position instead of 9 o'clock. Easy to break bottom hinge attachment upon driving pin, do this carefully, 2 people made this safer (extra eyes on pin while I drove it home), as pin got closer, it bowed the bottom hinge, a slight rap with a wood stick pushed hinge back in place so pin fit. I had to make this mirror fit,(wanted to drive!) wasnt happy with grinding it, but I was NOT going to grind my hinge for a 30buck mirror either. It is a quality product no doubt, just fitting on this year vehicle won't happen without modification. (and dont worry it's not my truck thats the problem either). I used a sharp die grinder to do as my bench grinder just wont doing it, this of course caused the chrome to flake, but I hit it with some silver paint to hide. My truck is a Rat Rod right now so didnt really matter, but if it was Concours trailer perfect, I'd still use this mirror with modification. It looks sweet with it on there. For what it's worth. Happy Truckin! T

Had put these mirrors on a 1940 Ford coup No problem . put this mirror on 1952 ford f1 had to do lots of grinding on door hinge so pin would line up. Hinge must of had more metal? I'm glad my paint job was not good. Or I would not have been able to grind hinge.

The mirror fit nicely over the hinge and the pin was snug. The mirror looks to be of good quality and the price was very fair.

I bought a set of these mirrors about 4 years ago and the quality is great. The 304 stainless has remained bright. But the mirror heads are too small to be useful on a pickup. Do you have a comparable quality mirror head that is about 8" x 4"?

Is this a good mirror to put on my 47 ford coupe? If not , can you recommend a good mirror. I presently have a mirror mounted on the door and it looks good but almost impossible to see anything behind you .

Do the mirrors include the two set screws that maintain their location?? The knurled pin definitely doesn't work by itself.
