The cover was better than I expected for quality, chrome is excellent . Slotted section allows for different types of mounting brackets . Very good match to the Offenhauser finned valve covers and finned air cleaners on my 348 tripower .

Lovely period perfect custom part. You could fit this as is but I will clean up the slight casting seam flash and paint the grooves between the polished fins. The polishing is very good and it's a lovely heavy casting. I've yet to test if this will slide over the coil mount. If not it would be easy enough to open up the slotted section on the coil cover a bit more. Overall, very happy just docked one star because of the slightly rough casting seam.
