A good looking pedal

Short mounting block caused the curved pedal to hit the floor. I put a 1 inch square tubing 2 inches long under the mounting block. So it could rotate without hitting the floor.

Throttle pedal

This is a pretty nice pedal. It can be disassembled to flip the pedal and arm to the opposite side. I don't care for the set screw that holds the pedal to the arm. I would have preferred a clamp. The arm is also tapered and the end that the clevis from the throttle cable attaches to is too wide. I had to file the arm flat on the end to attach the cable.

Pedal assembly is Nice, easy install. I put it into a 1970 c10 with a custom plate for the original pedal location works fine. (Only Disappointment Should have sent me a sticker) 😅

Washington not the screwed up area

The original gas pedal was so close to the brake pedal, it was impossible to drive unless you have size 5 feet

Perfect for my 34 ford project. There is no room for a gas pedal in the normal spot, being reversible and 360 deg adjustable the piece fits anywhere

Pedal is designed to close to floor and I had to put a spacer beneath mount to allow enough travel before pedal hit floor

Can this be mounted from firewall? Tech said it was top mounted only. I am replacing one that was similar but mounted flat to firewall.

What is the difference between this one and Part # 91655012 http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Chrome-Steel-and-Billet-Aluminum-Throttle-Pedal,3410.html The other one has all great reviews and slightly cheaper. The bracket to hold the pedal to the firewall on this one seems much thicker and more durable. Is that true and is this a better pedal than the other one in the link?

I'm not sure if this will mount in my 57 chevy pu....the original throttle bracket goes through the curved upper part of the trans tunnel perpendicular to the throttle pedal with a bracket attached to that shaft and then an arm verticle off that ahaft and solid linkage to throttle and so I'm not sure if will work...thanks for your time in helping an old timer out
