auger muffler quick easy
tap in with hammer tack weld done, I am running a 460 ford in my coupe with 40 inch lake pipes out of the headers, installed these in between header reducer and lake pipe, was amazed at how much it brought sound down. sounds like a tough muscle car..still cool but quiet enough for a no ticket setup....love em..

I have bought this product before.
I have two in each side exhaust and they work well but are still a bit loud.

These were for 3" pipes, mine are 2-1/2" and I knew this before buying them. I turned the OD down to fit my pipes, welded a threaded flat stock between to flights and installed them in the ends of my pipes. The car slowed .4 second and lost 5 MPH.

INSTALLED EASILY IN 3 INCH PIPE BY TAPPING IN WITH A HAMMER AND BRASS DRIFT. USED IN CON-JUCTION WITH THE 3 INCH BAFFLE (you might need to put a tack weld or screw in the baffle to hold it) SOUNDS GOOD TO ME. POLICE HAVEN'T PULLED ME OVER. I would call it a cheap muffler and would also reccomend both products. Heavy duty and good quality.

Installed in a hemi conversion Jeep Wrangler JK. Reduced exhaust sound by 5-7 db according to a phone app. Did not help drone/resonance in the cab. Fit very snugly in 3" OD, I tapped in with a hammer and it was tight enough that I choose not to tack weld in place.

I used this to fix an annoying drone in my full size truck with a high performance exhaust. It totally got rid of the drone. It did quiet the exhaust a bit as well. At least inside the cab. You can still hear it from the street.

Had to 3 inch exhaust on a ram 2500 392 which was extremely loud parties to stick in the end of the tail pipes work very well for killing drone inside the truck at 1800 RPM the only downside was how to do a little trimming but overall worth every penny once I trim them down I hammer them in and they're super tight fit while still keeping me aggressive sound under throttle

will this muffler fit in the lake style headers? They seem a little long for this application #9300550H. I'm sure i'll have to grind on the spirals some to make fit but if they're too long Can they be cut down and made shorter and still be affective? Thank you, Frank
