Used this to raise the front end on my 86 Monte Carlo SS with Drop springs. You need to bend the tabs in the spring pocket to have it sit flat, but it works until i can save up for coilovers.

I purchased these to raise my 68 Camaro w/2" drop spindles on stock A-arms ~ 1". My coil spring ends are very pronounced (not flat). Should I be concerned that top A-arm spring perch alignment pocket to accept pronounced spring ends will be eliminated with the flat spacer? Maybe create a pocket in spacer or cut top of spring flat to match flat spacer? Other alternatives? Don't worry about it?

Inside diameter ? I know it says 2 7/8" center hole for a stock location shock if this is used in the front, can you verify that this is correct? In the picture it appears to be sitting on a 5" rear spring and the hole looks small. Thanks
