Works great

After getting tired of using my hanky to keep the hood sides off of the cowl, I installed this on my '32 Ford coupe. It's a high quality part, installed easily, and works perfectly. Supports one side of the hood or both and, when supporting both, the top panels are just slightly apart so that they don't rub together. A good value. Don't know why Henry Ford didn't think to provide something like this!

doesn't work as is on 40 chevy pickup

had to cut item in half and insert ends into a piece of square tubing in order to acquire the proper length across the radiator support rods.
