Just what I needed.

I needed shims for use with big brake calipers. The solution was to modify these shims by welding quarter inch steel square stock to the outside diameter, and three pieces of scrap to fit the I'd of the caliper piston.

Will this spacer work with the AFCO 2-1/2" bore metric caliper Part #s 1066635003 and 1066635004 with .810" rotors? If not, can you recommend one that will?

Will this spacer fit your 91031040 big bore caliper? If not, what spacer do you have that will allowing the big bore caliper to fit a .810" rotor? If I'm not mistaken, your 91031040 big bore calipers will not fit a .810" rotor. The 91031040 will only fit a 1.00 to 1.10 thick rotor. So, if I wanted to use your 91031040 with a .810" rotor, what brake pad spacer would I use?
