Great Product at a Reasonable Price
I have been delighted with the pickup tank I ordered from Speedway. It is identical to the original tank relative to fit and function, and bolted right up to my mounting interface. Judging from the weight, I'd say it was made from comparable gauge sheetmetal, a pleasant surprise. The tank is sold/marketed by an American company, but I believe it is sourced from Taiwan. I'd buy another in a heartbeat....it's that good.

Just what I ordered. It fit perfectly. You should have had pads and grommets available for the tank. I had to get them from another supplier.

Worried about the tank rusting. Is this tank galvanized, or painted? Thanks!

I purchased a 50 Ford PU with a 390 engine and the fuel line is 5/16" from the tank to the firewall and 3/8" to the engine. To solve engine misses at higher speeds - I need 3/8" complete. Is is possible to change to 3/8" at the tank? Is there an adaptor? I can't seem to find any documentation on the fuel line outlet. Will I need to remove the tank and purchase a new tank?
