LS Truck/SUV Hot-Side Turbo Kit (1999-2013 GM 4.8L / 5.3L / 6.0L)

Designed specifically for 1999-2013 GM LS-powered trucks and SUVs, this hot-side turbo kit fits 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L Vortec engines and provides a durable foundation for your turbocharged setup.

Heavy-duty cast iron exhaust manifolds deliver excellent sealing, long-term durability, and consistent performance under high heat and boost conditions. Both manifolds utilize V-band connections for easier installation and serviceability, while the driver-side V-band connection eliminates the need for a factory-style gasket at that junction.

A 2.5-inch two-piece stainless steel crossover pipe simplifies installation and includes a 44mm V-band wastegate flange compatible with most common 44mm V-band wastegates. An integrated flex joint helps absorb engine movement and vibration, reducing the risk of cracks and exhaust leaks over time.

The included 3-inch stainless steel downpipe attaches to the turbocharger using a V-band connection and offers flexible exhaust routing options. Connect it to your existing exhaust system or use the included turndown for off-road applications.

Measuring approximately 25.5 inches flange-to-flange across the manifolds (without clamps), the compact design fits both factory truck/SUV applications and many LS swap projects where space is at a premium.

• kit does not include a fuel system or tuning.
• Will need to relocate coils to remote area for installation.
• Kit was designed with engine set back in engine bay on adjustable motor mounts and using LS1 (98-02 Camaro) accessory drive. We recommend power steering bracket 551581-2 and alternator bracket 551668-2. Some applications might require chassis modifications for fitment of accessory drive components.
• kit is roughly 5 1/2" above the engine block (Top of the Headers), 16" from the engine block, and 38" wide (without air filters)
• Universal kit. Although, the hot side piping is designed to work with the applicable vehicles noted, the cold side tubing is completely universal, and may need additional brackets/tubing complete your build.
