    Exactly what I needed!!!!

    I could not find the original wiper axles with good knurl and this Lil piece rite here saved the originality on my 1966 chevy P10. With a Lil machining we good to wipe off another 50 years.

    Cheaply made but useable

    It works to convert 1/4" wiper motor shaft to a 1/2" . The set screw is too long so you either have to grind the point off the set screw (losing its ability to bite into the shaft) or grind a rather large flat on the wiper motor shaft. Don't forget to add a little blue loctite to the set screw so it doesn't loosen.

    Unfortunately this "universal" fit item did not work for the wipers on my 55 F100. But it was inexpensive enough to take a gamble on and I'm sure I'll need it on another project.

    Fit the shaft & allowed me to mount my wipers on a 1954 chevy truck. Had to file set screw down to get wiper arm over it. I would buy again.

    My 1965 Volvo amazon has 1/4" drive post for mounting the bushings. What does the bottom or other side look like? Is it like what is shown i n this image or is there a recess for a 3/8 or so washer/seal ring? I like the set screw feature and would like to use these. Thanks
