Small Block Ford Turbo Hot-Side Starter Kit

Our turbo hot-side kit is a foundation bundle built around a set of Flowtech Small Block Ford turbo headers, giving you a strong starting point for a custom SBF turbo build. The headers are 304 stainless with a natural finish, feature mandrel-bent primary tubes, and use 3" collectors with merge spears—plus 3" V-band flanges and clamps for quick, service-friendly connections. 

To help you complete the rest of the hot-side and tie into your exhaust/downpipe plan, the kit includes a T3/T4 turbine inlet flange adapter that transitions to a 3" V-band through a compact 90-degree elbow (with clamp), along with a 44mm external wastegate kit that comes with flanges, hardware, and two pre-installed springs (8 psi + 5 psi for 13 psi out of the box). 

 The remaining pieces round out fabrication and fit-up with a 3" stainless V-band clamp, 3" mandrel-bent stainless tubing sections (45° and 180°), and a Vibrant stainless reducer to step from 2.5" to 3" where needed.
