You probably have manifolds or headers already picked out for fitment reasons like an LS swap, but south of the manifold or header exit is often left up a local exhaust shop and their limited product line. If your build needs the capacity of a 3-inch exhaust system, then you’re further compounding the issue trying to fit a pair of 3-inch “sewer pipes” under your car. Then, even if you do find the room for 3-inch dual exhaust (which often just ends in dumps at the rear axle) it is now usually the lowest part on your ride and will kiss every speed bump it meets. What to do?

The answer is in the same type of exhaust NASCAR has been using since the mid-’90s, oval exhaust tubing! The oval exhaust tubing cross section provides for increased flow while not requiring any more height than most standard exhaust systems. We offer several 3-inch oval exhaust pipe kits for your performance exhaust needs with a cross section of 3-1/2 inches by 2-1/4 inches. That means you have the horsepower support of a 3-inch exhaust, but it only needs the typical 2-1/4-inch pipe clearance height wise, perfect for lowered vehicles or vehicles with minimal traditional exhaust routing space. You’ll find our oval exhaust kits in three configurations: a side exit exhaust kit without mufflers, a dual exhaust bend kit without mufflers, and a dual exhaust kit with our T-304 stainless steel mufflers.

Built to Last From 409 Grade Stainless Steel

Our stainless steel 3-inch oval exhaust pipe tubing is built from 16-gauge material for strength, while allowing it to be as light as possible. The 409 stainless steel construction means a lifetime of use no matter the elements when compared to traditional exhaust tubing made from low carbon steel or even aluminized steel and can be easily welded by any shop and most enthusiasts with the proper welding wire. The side exit exhaust kit features standard 3-bolt header collector flanges and comes with a pair of hangers, while the dual exhaust kit with mufflers uses 3-inch V-band clamps. The dual exhaust bend kit provides enough bends and tubing to create a full dual exhaust with your choice of optional connectors, hangers, and mufflers.

We further support your oval exhaust pipe kit build needs with mufflers with oval inlets/outlets (only included in our dual exhaust kit, but available separately for your oval exhaust build needs), and round to oval exhaust pipe adapters to connect your custom oval exhaust system to various header flange styles.
