SBF Turbo Plumbing V-Band Hot Side Complete Cold Side Piping Kit

Our well-rounded Small Block Ford turbo build bundle is a kit that combines the core hot-side pieces (headers, turbine connection hardware, wastegate, and fab bends) with the parts to handle the cold-side charge piping and intake setup. It’s built for builders doing a custom turbo install who want a solid stack of compatible components in one kit instead of chasing part numbers one-by-one.

On the hot side, it starts with Flowtech 304 stainless SBF turbo headers with 3" collectors, merge spears, and 3" V-band flanges/clamps for quick, service-friendly connections. 

Turbo mounting/exhaust routing is supported with a T3/T4 to 3" V-band 90° adapter, a 3" stainless V-band clamp, stainless 45° and 180° mandrel bends, and a 2.5" to 3" stainless reducer for clean transitions where you need them. 

Boost control is handled by a 44mm external wastegate that includes 8 psi and 5 psi springs. 

On the cold side and intake side, the kit includes a 32-piece aluminum intercooler/charge pipe kit with tubing sections, silicone couplers, and clamps to simplify routing from turbo to intercooler and back to the engine. 

It also includes a 50mm blow-off valve with 6 psi and 15 psi springs, plus 4" Spectre intake tubing, a 4" coupler, a clamp-on conical air filter, and the correctly listed 910553360 stainless T-bolt clamp to help lock down larger-diameter connections where needed.
