SBC Aluminum Pulley Set, 1-Groove Upper/2-Groove Lower, Long Pump

Pair up a new set of pulleys sure to match for your Small Block Chevy equipped with a long-style water pump.  These convienent combos feature cast aluminum construction, for use on 1969-1985 SBC engines.

SBC Aluminum Long Water Pump Pulley - Single Groove

• From inside of pulley at fan hub to rear edge of pulley is 2"
• From rear edge of pulley to center of V-belt groove is 5/16"
• Center hole fits a 5/8" shaft (can be drilled out to 3/4" if needed)
• Diameter is 6-5/8"
• Mounted Length: 1.96"
• Shaft Diameter: .63"
• Bolt Hole Pattern: 4 on 2.15"
• Belt Width: .42"

Note:  When using in conjunction with an electric fan assembly, be sure to consider the pulley installation screw kit # 910-15440.

SBC Aluminum Long Pump Crank Pulley - Double Groove

• Diameter is 6-5/8"
• Mounted Length: 2.69"
• Bolt Hole Pattern: 3 on 2.75"
• Belt Width: .41"
• Inside Diameter: 1.10"

Notes:

1. It may be necessary to shim either or both of the pulleys to achieve perfect belt alignment. There are variances between manufacturers of both water pumps and pulleys.

3. Water Pump Pulley: Mounted length is from the face of the water pump pulley mount towards the front of the engine.
4. Crank Pulley: Mounted length is from the face of the harmonic balancer towards the front of the vehicle.
