Get Back on Track with Our Replacement Shaker Screen

Our Shaker Screen Kit for Stock Car, Hobby Stock, and other dirt track classes makes protecting your radiator from track debris and mud from the track surface easy. The system includes upper and lower mounting brackets, a screen support frame, and of course the screen and installs over your aluminum crossflow radiator core’s top and bottom flanges. In the heat of the battle your shaker screen kit may receive some damage. That’s racing right? Well, we made it easy to get what you need to repair your shaker screen kit and get you back in business for the next race.

We offer the radiator screen kit’s protective guard screen separately for replacement of your damaged screen. Consider the screen portion of the kit a sacrificial item doing its job to protect your expensive racing radiator. This screen features the same quality aluminum and steel construction as the original kit screen, allowing you to get your radiator screen protector back in place and ready to protect your radiator on your next track outing. Note, replacement hardware is not included, so if your original screen mounting fasteners are damaged you will need to source 1/4-20 bolts and threaded nut clips locally.

Designed to mount to our shaker screen kit’s frame, our replacement screen fits our 22-, 24-, 26-, and 28-, and 31-inch radiators. The radiator screen mounting brackets and frame are also available separately as a service item as well if you need to replace a damaged mounting bracket. The radiator screen mounting kit does include replacement fasteners to replace any damaged bolts or threaded nut clips.
