Seat suspension on case D and Case SC tractors used a similar pad. I was able to modify the friction pads to original parts configuration.

Couldn't find any friction shock disc pads for my friction shocks any where. The measurements were good but the center hole was too small so I bored the centers out to fit my friction shocks & resolved the issue. No other problems with the pads.
