Overall Assessment

Customers found the bushings to be high-quality, outperforming original equipment in certain situations, evident from their use in various car models including the 1965 Falcon and Mustang II. Praised for their excellent fit, superior noise reduction capabilities, and overall better performance than alternatives like poly bushings, users reported a smoother ride after installation. The bushings' practicality was accentuated by their ability to easily replace previous parts, even after processes like powder coating. Consequently, they were often recommended over competitors for ensuring car ride comfort and effective suspension.

Don't know what else to say. The bushings are very well made. Probably better than the ones that came with the control arms.

They work perfectly!

I used these bushings on my 1965 Falcon / Heidt's front suspension . I replaced the original noisy poly urethane bushings with these. The only thing to remember is that the control arm nuts MUST be tightened

I installed a Heidt's Mustang II front end in my 65 Falcon and have been suffering with a noisy front suspension ever since. I pulled the entire suspension apart and lubed it with the supposed correct lube an although it stopped the noise for a bit ,the noise came back. I fitted the replacement stock type bushings in their place and the noise is gone and the car rides better!

Can these fit other MII tubular control arms? The bushings on my mustang II tubular control arms are worn out and need to be replaced. I originally used a Fatman Fabrication stock mustang ii front sub-frame w/ the tubular upper and strut-less lower control arms. Now after 17 year the bushings have gone bad. I asked a local hot rod shop if I could just replace the bushings and everyone has said I have to replace the entire control arm. These are the first replacement bushings I have found for a mustang ii tubular control arm. So my question to you is are these a fairly standard size so they could fit my set up or are not all mustang ii tubular control arms built to the same dimensions?
