    Overall Assessment

Customers appreciate the Remflex header gaskets for their effective sealing of exhaust leaks. The gaskets fit well and improve contact with the exhaust pipe flanges, offering notable practicality. Their high-quality material ensures durability. Customers also note the flexibility that the gaskets provide to avoid contact with obstructions like a car's frame and driveshaft, enhancing safety and usability. The gaskets uniquely cater to complex installs, like the inclusion of an oxygen sensor. Users underscore their readiness to purchase these gaskets again, suggesting superior performance over competitors.

I purchased Remflex header gaskets because I had a very noticeable exhaust leak where the exhaust header was attached to the head. After installing the Remflex gasket I had no more leak. I had the same problem on the collector gasket due to the 3" exhaust pipe being difficult to fit with all the cross bracing on the frame and not having optimal contact with the flanges resulting in an exhaust leak. This wasn't a problem until I installed a Holley Sniper 2 that utilizes an oxygen sensor. When I pulled the exhaust pipe off to get a bung for the oxygen sensor the gasket fell to the floor in three pieces indicating a leak. On reinstallaton of the pipe with the exhaust hangers holding the pipe I noticed that. even using 2 gaskets that the mating surfaces didn't line up well. It probably would have been alright, but I removed the whole pipe and used jack stands to support the pipe then I bolted the collector flanges together and I had a much better seal. The hangers both have two mounting holes. On one hanger the outside hole was used previously and there was about a half inch of clearance from the driveshaft. Now it's on the inside hole where before it would have had contact with the driveshaft. Now it's almost 2 inches from driveshaft. Many times things don't fit right and taking thought and using some imagination we may be able achieve what seemed to be undoable

    i would buy this again
