Necessary Evil
This is the second unit I have purchased. Turns out the ear buds were bad on the original unit (used two seasons). I'm not overly thrilled with the performance, however it may be the race track's equipment to blame and not this unit. Some nights the signal is clear as a bell, others it is nothing but static. Same settings each time, and a fresh battery. The entire system (track included) is just not as robust and reliable as I would think it should be. When things work well, it is a blessing to have. When they don't, it sucks big time.

Great product but...
The raceceiver works great, but the in-car-box is quite cheaply made and requires a zip tie to keep it from popping open.
