Customers appreciate the product for its superior sound quality, especially compared to other models. It's highlighted as practical for endurance racing. Features that stood out include the foam inserts which can be easily replaced, and the cord length, which is designed to avoid snags. One caveat is careful placement of the audio 'tube' into the ear for optimal functioning. Despite minor drawbacks, customers continue to choose this product, exemplifying its reliability and effectiveness.

The original set that came with the raceceiver wasn't as good as these are for some reason.

I use them for endurance racing. I've replaced the foam inserts once already. The foam inserts swap off/on easily. Cord is not too long to get snagged on everything. You may still need to tape over your ears ...as when the helmet goes over them, they can pull from your ears. If the audio "tube" is closed over when it goes into your ear, you'll think these are broken and actually, you just need to put them in again and not close the audio tube up in the process.
