Quik Latch QL-25-ASX 20 lbs Heavy Duty Assist Spring Kit

These heavy duty assist springs from Quik-Latch are used to help lift heavy panels when unlatching and they will help minimize panel bouncing. These heavy duty springs are placed over the mini latch mounting stud and rest against the nut. A retainer is then placed over the ball stud to keep the spring from coming out of place. More pressure is needed to engage the latching mechanism as the spring applies pre-loaded pressure between the two mounting surfaces. These heavy duty assist springs are engineered to work perfectly when used in conjunction with a Quik-Latch mounting bracket, sold separately.
