Must have if you have coilovers by qa1...literally
Without these thrust bearings it's virtually impossible to adjust the coilovers up and down while compressed or on the lift. I know because I didn't initially buy these, and it was near impossible with just the steel thrust washers and antiseize. The spanners work great too
