I installed these on my '52 Chevy P/u with a '68 Camaro subframe. The original V8 springs were too spongy under this truck so I made the change and it improved the ride and handling immensely. I'm happy.

I see several questions asked about using these QA1 coil over kit with the 91036769 control arms and that the QA1 coil over can be used but that there will be some modifications needed to mount the QA1 coil overs to the 91036769 Control Arms? I have these control arms on my 69 Firebird and want to put the QA1 coil overs on it. Can you explain what would need to be done to make them fit these control arms since it has a drop spring pocket? Thanks

I see these(Part # 72146711) will fit a first generation Camaro. You also have part # QA1 GS401-10450A that fits first generation Camaro's. They are both by QA1. I have talked with QA1 and they say they only have one coil over set that fits first gen Camaro's, just different spring rates. Please explain the difference in these parts.

I have two questions, I have a 57 Chevy Pickup with a 67 to 69 Camaro front end and 350 motor with air conditioner. I plan on buying the tubular control arms part# 91036769 and put QA 1 coil overs should I use 350lb or 450lb springs. Second question there seems to be conflicting information on weather the QA1 coil over kit you sell is compatible with tubular control arm kit 91036769 will they work without modification of the control arms.
