In the continuing saga of tweaking the rear suspension (I have the front figured out) of my 2010 Subaru Forester, I switched from the previously purchased 8" by 150# coil with 1.75" of preload to this 10" by 150# coil with 2.0" of preload. Seems to be what I'm looking for, but I might add another inch of preload just to see if the pendulum swings the other way. Right now it feels like it is dialed in pretty good. It's great to have a company like Speedway that makes it possible (affordable) to experiment.
