Always have a spare...

Since my gas tank is an old converted water container with a welded on filler, I have to make sure any stuff that might get in won't make it to my carburetor. This is good insurance against that. I don't trust the disposables because I have to cut them open to see whether they need replaced or not. I trust my eyes more than anything else, so this works for me.

This filter fit perfectly in my Speedway Motors filter housing. I pay close attention to what I spend on parts. I shopped around for this filter, and was happy to find it at Speedway. In fact Speedway was the only place I could find that sold this filter. I also felt the price was fair.

Since professional products does not stamp their fuel filter housings and years later you are trying to figure out what number you have installed on the vehicle, ordered two different filter elements. Both ended working, just one filter had more components.
